Position Description: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BMA is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Social Media Management & Community Moderator to join their team. In addition to monitoring and moderating user-generated content across various social media platforms, this role will involve creating organic content and daily posting to build a strong brand presence online. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Spanish and have 3-4 years of experience in social media management.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all content adheres to the company's policies and brand guidelines. Other responsibilities include analyzing data to better understand customer behavior and preferences, managing the social content calendar, and executing paid social campaigns on Meta.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience executing strategy, content, and campaigns through various social media platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and TikTok; Proficient in social media management software such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Meltwater; Experience with review and management listing tools such as Uberall, Yext, and BirdEye is preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
